  • Resilient Community Arts (RCA) is seeking multiple part-time Program Support Staff (Contractor) for our Easthampton studio and Springfield programming space. Our ideal candidate would be someone who is an experienced professional and facilitator, with a big plus if they have work history in K-8 education / art education. This person will be stepping in to sub or contract on various programs where there are gaps in coverage, as well as other duties listed below. This role will report to RCA's Executive Director.
